Join Raymond Jungles (Founding Principal, Raymond Jungles, Inc.) and TCLF for an exclusive look at the Hissar Estate. The site features a remarkable blend of historic and modern architecture, complemented by a collection of legacy trees, many planted by David Fairchild in the early 1900s.

The design creates a unified estate garden that highlights the property鈥檚 history, unique topography, and harmony between architecture and landscape. Every part of the garden is equally important, connected by paths, steps, a trolley line, and boat access. A southern trolley track links the gatehouse, main house, boat dock, and Biscayne Bay.

The journey begins at the gated entrance with a winding driveway through the historic Kampong property. A magnificent live oak tree highlights the entrance before visitors pass through a formal gateway with framed views of the estate. The gravel driveway curves past grottos, offering glimpses of the 1901 historic house and Biscayne Bay, ending in a turnaround where a relocated Shaving Brush tree serves as a focal point.

The estate garden is a series of thoughtfully designed spaces that showcase the property鈥檚 changing elevations, from the coral rock seawall at 3.5 feet above sea level to the 20-foot-high point. The design enhances views and connections throughout, offering a unified and immersive experience.
